A new eco-friendly Mediterranean/Japanese park
is coming to Mallorca 2025

We are a group of local and Nordic architects who share a dream of building a unique park on Mallorca.
We support the community vision of Mallorca and will have a maximum capacity on how many can visit the park daily. We hope the same will happen for the entire Island.
We will have lower prices for locals than for tourists.

- We want to build a park that inspires a feeling of zen for a clean mind and minimal stress.

- While we adore Japans famous gardens, we wanted to add our local twist and cultural respect.
A focus on cultural differences and diversity
- We want to educate our guests on nations and different cultures while visiting the park. We are exploring different ideas within geography

We are looking for Land
We are still scouting for the right piece of land for our park and are looking for 14.000 - 25.000m2 of land that would be ideal for a park. We can either lease for 10 years or purchase directly or with option.
